Associated Bank is seeking a Principal Applied AI Product Manager to discover, build, and deliver AI-enabled products that improve revenue workflows, banker capacity, operating efficiency, and adoption across Corporate and Commercial Banking.

You will work directly with frontline users, translate business problems into practical capabilities, and own products from discovery through governed release and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 6+ years of product management, digital product delivery, AI, analytics, data products, or related experience.
• 6+ years leading complex products with limited oversight and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced understanding of governed AI delivery and data-enabled product delivery.
• 3+ years influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated environment while maintaining accountability for product delivery and governance.
• 6+ years of experience working with users and business stakeholders to define problems and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-enabled products from discovery through adoption, with governance and metrics.
• Collaborate with bankers and stakeholders to define outcomes, delivery paths and adoption measures.
• Translate business problems into user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog priorities, release scope, and success measures.
• Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities, testing, controls, release readiness and issue resolution.
• Ensure risk, controls, data privacy, responsible AI, and regulatory considerations from the start.
• Define and monitor usage, impact, adoption, and governance metrics for product improvement.
• Configure AI capabilities and integrations that fit bankers' workflows.
• Align business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations around decisions and tradeoffs.
