Jasper, Inc. is seeking a Strategic AI Outcomes Manager to partner with enterprise customers, shaping AI strategy, identifying high-value use cases, and driving adoption across marketing and other functions.

This fully remote role reports to the Director, AI Outcomes and collaborates with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Education to realize measurable business value. The position targets Fortune 500-scale impact.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, Digital Transformation, or similar.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders.
• Track record of leading organizational change or transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, connecting technology to business outcomes.
• Executive presence and facilitation skills with influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders across portfolios.
• Define measurable outcomes and guide multi-quarter success plans.
• Identify and expand high-impact AI use cases across business units.
• Drive adoption beyond initial deployment and lead organizational change.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
