Job summary

Jasper is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale its enterprise growth engine. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead an integrated growth organization across field, performance, lifecycle, ABM, and organic growth, including SEO, GEO, and AEO.

You’ll partner with Sales to accelerate enterprise, drive predictable pipeline and revenue, and shape AI-powered marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading B2B SaaS growth or revenue marketing, including enterprise motions.
• Proven track record building pipeline via integrated digital, lifecycle, ABM, and field marketing.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, CRO, and modern growth strategy.
• Experience partnering with Sales on account strategy, forecasting, and revenue planning.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose problems, prioritize investment, and improve funnel performance.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams while coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead Jasper’s enterprise growth engine across paid media, lifecycle, web, SEO/GEO/AEO, field and ABM marketing.
• Partner with Sales to accelerate enterprise accounts and drive predictable pipeline and revenue.
• Own growth performance with data-driven funnel analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and develop a multi-disciplinary growth team and foster experimentation and accountability.
