Job summary
Jasper is seeking a Strategic AI Outcomes Manager to partner with its largest enterprise customers and ensure measurable business outcomes with generative AI. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping AI transformation strategies and high-value use cases while guiding adoption and value realization across marketing and beyond.

Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success or similar role.
- Experience with executive stakeholders and VP/C-level influence.
- Track record of leading organizational change or transformation.
- Executive presence and facilitation skills; able to influence without authority.
- Comfort working in long-horizon outcome cycles (12–18 months).
Responsibilities
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior leaders across the portfolio.
- Lead strategic conversations aligning Jasper capabilities with business priorities.
- Help customers develop AI strategy and roadmap for outcomes.
- Drive executive discussions on outcomes, value, adoption trends.
