Qualifications

• 8–12 years in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong editorial instincts and experience running executive-level in-person programs.
• AI-forward operating style with measurement fluency and cross-functional credibility.

Responsibilities

• Run the customer story pipeline from sourcing through legal and brand approval to publication.
• Co-create content with customers including bylines, webinars, podcasts, and joint sessions.
