Job summary

DXC Technology seeks an Enterprise Solution Executive (ESE), a senior leader shaping strategic, AI-enabled solutions for large enterprise customers in the US. You translate customer challenges into differentiated offerings across sales, delivery, and architecture.

Responsibilities include leading executive-level engagements, shaping deals over $15M, building business cases with TBM principles, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business or enterprise architecture, large-scale solution design, and customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, and solution commercialization.
• Experience leading multi-million-dollar, multi-year engagements and CXO-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted executive relationships with customers and DXC stakeholders.
• Translate objectives into differentiated, executable solutions leveraging DXC capabilities.
• Lead architecture-driven strategies and roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
