Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent
• 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience, including ≥3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in project management or team leadership
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Track record of implementing enterprise solutions
• Continuous learner staying up-to-date with industry trends

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies.
• Lead design and implementation of architecture solutions for projects.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment of architecture with business requirements and objectives.
• Assist in defining and maintaining architectural standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of architectural decisions on project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and junior staff.
• Participate in architecture reviews and assessments of ongoing projects.
