Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years leading enterprise program or cross-functional initiatives.
• Working knowledge of FERPA, GDPR, CCPA and data privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of enterprise AI initiatives, pilots, and governance.
• Coordinate contracts, DPAs, and vendor governance processes.
• Maintain AI vendor approvals criteria and supplier onboarding.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Procurement on contracts.
• Develop governance artifacts: intake workflows, logs, and updates.
• Collaborate across AI Enablement, Product, Engineering, and Ops teams.
• Track risks, dependencies, and readiness across AI programs.
• Scale AI enablement activities including onboarding and documentation.
