NTT DATA Services in Dallas seeks a Client Executive for Emerging Technologies and AI to lead high-impact accounts. You will drive strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape AI-related solutions that align with business goals.

Role requires deep client management experience, strong executive storytelling, and a track record of large-scale deals in logistics/infrastructure sectors. This position may involve travel to client sites in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed organization with annual TCV over $20M.
• Working knowledge of modern data and AI ecosystems (OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Minimum of 5 years in Logistics industry with infrastructure and data center operations knowledge.
• Minimum of 8 years selling IT services/NTT Data-type solutions to clients.
• Minimum of 10 years in Client Management with ability to grow relationships and leverage technology.
• Elite presentation and executive storytelling skills; bridge between technical teams and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Sets long term vision for account and inspires cross-functional teams to develop solutions and implement complex initiatives.
• Build, manage, and measure a full-cycle, global organization with annual TCV over $20M and drive GTM for Logistics Infrastructure offerings.
• Excel at Client Management, grow relationships, drive change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage.
• Validate technical fit of solutions and deliver targeted demos; explain LLMs, data flows, and APIs in business terms.
• Help clients identify AI use cases, deploy solutions, and track KPIs to prove ROI.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Product; relay customer feedback to roadmaps.
• Understand competitors and counter strategies to win deals; navigate C-level orgs.
• Create P&L success with ~$20M and govern forecasting and growth strategies; manage complex negotiations.
• Create deals aligned with client objectives and move from structured to close.
• Develop regional account plans and market offerings; grow across the full NTT DATA portfolio.
