Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Human-Centered Change Senior Manager to ensure delivery excellence across Professional Services customers, with strong Public Sector consulting background and expertise in human-centered change services.

The role partners with multiple teams to define strategy, drive stakeholder alignment, and integrate design thinking with AI-enabled processes for transformational programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements with large-scale transformation.
• Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including application of AI tools in service delivery.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor on change management best practices and identify improvement areas.
• Organizational Analysis: Conduct impact, readiness, and barrier analyses to plan transformational change and measure readiness.
• Change Strategy: Develop holistic change strategies and define KPIs and success metrics for programs.
• Change Execution: Lead change activities including needs analysis, communications, training planning and delivery, and outputs.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment across functions and secure buy-in for new ways of working.
• Leadership Coaching: Coach senior leaders on human-centered change and articulate the value of change strategies.
