Job summary

Salesforce seeks a senior Change Management leader to own strategic direction for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements, driving executive sponsorship and complex change programs. You will shape go-to-market strategy, mentor managers, and guide clients through vision, change strategy, enablement, and training for successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing consulting roles with leadership experience.
• Experience building and growing a practice or portfolio of large-scale engagements.
• Ability to translate change strategy into business outcomes and executive sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements.
• Build executive-level relationships with customer sponsors at the C-suite level.
• Shape go-to-market strategy, including proposal development and SOW structuring for large engagements.
• Lead practice development: mentor managers, define methodologies, represent the practice internally and with customers.
• Guide customers through vision and change strategy plus enablement and training for adoption.
• You will weave Design Thinking with AI-native delivery in projects.
