Job summary

CapTech Consulting seeks a Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead enterprise change efforts across client programs, focusing on the people side of change and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

You will build trusted relationships with sponsors and senior stakeholders while shaping comprehensive change strategies and learning plans. You will design AI-informed measurement, sponsorship actions, and learning paths, guiding teams through executive sponsorship and risk mitigation,

Qualifications

• > 10+ years delivering enterprise-scale change management within large organizations.
• > progression and growth within the OCM discipline.
• > ability to produce and own high quality deliverables (communications/training).
• > knowledge of PROSCI and other change management methodologies/tools.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the people side of change—adoption and value realization from technology initiatives.
• Lead enterprise change efforts and act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders.
• Develop AI-informed change management strategies with clear dependencies and success metrics.
• Design AI-enabled data collection approaches (surveys, readiness assessments, sentiment analysis, adoption metrics).
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, leadership meetings, design sessions, and workshops with AI insights.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using AI-assisted techniques to inform change strategies and risk mitigation.
• Identify readiness and adoption risks and develop proactive response strategies.
• Lead and mentor OCM team members to ensure quality and ethical use of AI-enabled tools.
