Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists – Strategic Builders to advise customers, define AI strategy, and drive adoption for enterprise clients.

These roles involve leading end-to-end engagements with a delivery team, shaping agentic AI solutions, and ensuring measurable business value across government, nonprofit, and education sectors. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
Experience delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
Understanding of Salesforce platform and Agentic AI capabilities including Data Cloud.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle, owning outcomes at every stage.
Define AI strategy and architecture; lead design workshops and agent design sessions.
Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and progress reporting as the delivery backbone.
Own adoption and expansion metrics within the engagement scope.
Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
Develop real customer solutions using AI tools and coding products to accelerate delivery.
Manage Government, Nonprofit, and Education customer stakeholders and articulate business value.
Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximize benefits.
