Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven and creative team that deploys ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against challenging customer problems. You will synthesize insights into the most important issues, workflows, and product needs.

No two days are the same, but you can expect to meet strategic customers, own flagship deals end-to-end, embed yourself with customer teams, and guide best practices for deploying our AI solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable with deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype and communicate with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to terms and closing.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and collaborate with engineers to implement them.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and other AI solutions.
