Qualifications

• 2–5 years in account strategy, account management, program management, or customer success — ideally in an agency or high-touch SaaS environment.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations — build relationships across multiple stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to executive sponsors.
• Excellent communicator comfortable running structured, high-impact business conversations.
• Commercial mindset — understand client value, spot growth opportunities, and align solutions with business outcomes.
• Able to quarterback across product, engineering, design to advocate for clients while protecting internal bandwidth.
• Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Intellectually curious, with experience in AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic lead for a portfolio of clients, owning the relationship post-sale and driving long‑term success.
• Translate client goals and feedback into a clear strategy and communicate requirements to internal teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize value from our services and platform.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with sales to drive growth.
• Maintain a pulse on account health across your portfolio and address risks early.
• Develop scalable processes and playbooks to improve account management as we grow.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence in internal and external settings.
• Stay informed about AI and automation trends and bring insights to the team and clients.
