Job summary

GrowthX AI is seeking a strategic, senior SEO and AI search specialist to own a portfolio of customers, shape strategy, and drive adoption of AI-powered search workflows. You will engage with senior marketers, design experiments, and ensure renewals and expansions while collaborating with editors and product teams.

The role emphasizes(remote) onboarding, deep operational work, and evidence-based decision making in a fast-moving AI-enabled marketing space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO strategy across technical and content-driven environments.
• 12–24 months of hands-on work in AI search with measurable results.
• Experiment design with a control and expected effect.
• Client-facing track record owning the recommendation across multiple companies.
• Comfortable advising senior marketers and leading business reviews.
• You use AI tools in your own work weekly with demonstrable outputs.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy across rankings, AI citations, and brand presence.
• Plan measurements up front so success is visible.
• Onboard customers to first value and maintain the timeline.
• Structure content for AI retrieval and build the entity layer.
• Teach customers to run the system and collaborate with editors.
• Watch account health, diagnose stalls, replan, and explain changes.
• Run quarterly business reviews linking search to business.
• Own renewal forecasts and expansion pipeline.
• Run experiments and feed customer voice back to product.
