Job summary
Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, GSI, to partner with our largest customers across Systems Integrators, guiding adoption of Claude capabilities via API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.
You will build strategic relationships, drive usage, tailor success plans, monitor adoption, and communicate value through ROI metrics, influencing product direction and go-to-market.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
- Experience with enterprises in Systems Integrator industries.
- Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, APIs, and software implementations.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic, trusted relationships with key customer decision makers.
- Become an expert in Anthropic's API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise.
- Drive usage planning and optimization across consumption- and seat-based products.
- Monitor usage, identify optimization opportunities, and drive value from commitments.
- Articulate product roadmap and engage Product PMs to align with customer needs.
- Quantify customer value with ROI metrics to justify continued investment.
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities across departments.
- Lead change management and enablement programs within customer organizations.
- Own end-to-end customer lifecycle with quarterly business reviews.
