- Strong software engineering foundation with AI-assisted development and modern software architecture
Responsibilities
- Hands-on development, code, and technical delivery from ideation to production.
- Own solution architecture and technical decision‑making across custom builds.
- Serve as principal technical authority for the Innovation + Technology function.
- Lead integration with enterprise apps (Salesforce, NetSuite, MS 365) and API ecosystems.
- Direct AI and workflow automation development for professional services practices.
- Run innovation lab and advise leadership on tech opportunities.
- Set direction for outsourced developers and coordinate external delivery partners
