Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks an AI Solutioning Consultant to own strategy, design, and delivery of advanced automation and AI-driven solutions at scale. You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, architect AI agentic frameworks, and drive enterprise-wide adoption.

You will lead prototypes, reference architectures, and end-to-end implementation while ensuring security, governance, and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in solution engineering, automation, consulting, AI product development, or enterprise digital transformation.
Experience architecting AI/automation solutions with low-code/no-code platforms and integrations.
Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable designs.
Experience evaluating business processes and designing scalable, technology-enabled improvements.
Excellent communication, consulting, and facilitation skills.
Experience with Copilot Studio, UIPath, Gemini/Vertex, or similar AI ecosystems.
Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to identify high-value automation and AI opportunities.
Assess processes and pain points to determine best-fit automation or AI solution.
Translate problems into solution architectures centered around AI agents and orchestrations.
Architect AI-driven solutions including agentic frameworks and workflows.
Develop prototypes and reference architectures to demonstrate feasibility.
Ensure designs meet security, governance, and scalability standards.
Lead build-out of AI/automation solutions with engineering and data teams.
Test, document, and prepare solutions for rollout.
Provide ongoing optimization recommendations based on feedback and metrics.
Serve as trusted advisor to executives, translating AI concepts into insights.
Facilitate workshops and roadmap planning with business and tech teams.
Support Product Management in defining capabilities for future tools.
Collaborate with Data, Architecture, Integrations, Cybersecurity, and Product teams.
Coordinate with Change Management and Training teams for adoption.
