Elastic seeks an extraordinary Strategic Account Executive to own a selective portfolio of globally strategic AI-native customers. You will engage with founders, CEOs, CTOs, and senior technical leaders to solve AI, search, and data challenges while driving adoption of the Elastic Search AI Platform.

This role emphasizes trusted advisory, long-term executive relationships, and a leadership role in Elastic’s AI growth initiatives, with a focus on deep engagement and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Experience selling AI infrastructure, enterprise search, cloud platforms, developer tools, cybersecurity, observability, data platforms, or enterprise software into strategic enterprise accounts.
• Experience working with AI-native organizations, hyperscalers, or other high-growth technology companies.
• Existing executive relationships across the AI ecosystem.
• Familiarity with open-source software, developer-first go-to-market strategies, and product-led growth (PLG).

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer relationships with founders, CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI leaders, and senior technical stakeholders.
• Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through executive alignment and procurement.
• Develop executive account strategies with sponsors, champions, whitespace opportunities, and long-term expansion plans.
• Partner across the AI ecosystem with cloud providers, hyperscalers, and systems integrators to accelerate adoption.
