Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies in the United States seeks an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to blend 60% Agile PM and 40% Scrum Master responsibilities for in-house application development projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM/SM, experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC, and strong communication with executive stakeholders. Certifications (CSM) and proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, MS Project or Smartsheet are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading projects for in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide concise executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Track project resources and ensure proper allocation.
• Support budget management and resource tracking.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks.
