Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support in-house application development projects. The role blends Agile project management (60%) with Scrum Master duties (40%), requiring leadership across Waterfall and Agile SDLC and effective communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning, reporting, risk management and facilitation of all Agile ceremonies, with strong emphasis on Jira, SharePoint, and project metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management and Scrum Master experience
• Experience leading in-house application development teams
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall
• Ability to build and manage project plans and schedules
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and moving parts
• CSM certification is required
• Jira, SharePoint, MS Project/Smartsheet are used

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Provide executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates
• Track resources and ensure proper allocation
• Support budget management and resource tracking
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Jira dashboards
• Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks
