Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support in-house application development. The role combines Agile project management (60%) with Scrum Master duties (40%), leading ceremonies and maintaining Jira boards while coordinating with executive stakeholders.

Requires 5+ years in PM/SM, experience with both Waterfall and Agile SDLC, and strong communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred; PMP/CSM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM and Scrum Master experience.
• Experience leading in-house application development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum required, Kanban preferred) and Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Manage application development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Provide executive-level status reports and stakeholder updates.
• Track resources and budget; manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and maintain Jira boards.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks.
