Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery, program management, or related roles.
• Direct experience with software engineering, data engineering, cloud/platform delivery teams.
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple functions.
• Hands-on Jira experience with boards, workflows, backlogs, epics, dependencies, reporting, and metrics.
• Strong Agile/Scrum understanding, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness.
• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive ownership without formal authority.
• Sufficient technical fluency to understand engineering conversations and SDLC practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, leaders, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
