Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery or related roles.
• Direct experience with software engineering, data engineering, cloud, DevOps.
• Strong Jira delivery metrics and boards experience.
• Proven Scrum/Agile leadership across distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in distributed, global, offshore/nearshore delivery.
• Ability to operate in lean, fast-moving environments.
