Job summary

Hightouch in the United States is seeking an experienced Strategic Agency Manager to own and expand relationships with agency holding companies, independent agencies, and walled gardens such as Google, Meta, Amazon, and TikTok. You will manage a portfolio of strategic partners, structuring commercial arrangements and co-selling into their largest accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or partnerships in advertising or martech.
• Proven track record with C-level executives at large agencies or holding companies.
• Experience structuring complex enterprise agreements with enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to translate AI and data concepts into clear business value for non-technical executives.
• Willingness to travel to meet agency and partner executives in person as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic agency holding companies, independent agencies, and walled garden partners, as their primary contact into Hightouch.
• Build multi-quarter, data-driven account plans for each partner, identifying growth drivers and mutually valuable opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to agency C-level executives, shaping how they build and sell agentic marketing offerings.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pilots, minimum commitments, revenue share, and multi-year terms.
• Partner with enterprise sales to co-sell into large brands and expand Hightouch's footprint.
• Develop and deliver strategic, data-driven business reviews and ROI-focused pitches.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Legal to shape joint go-to-market motions and scalable partnership frameworks.
• Track portfolio performance against revenue/adoption targets and identify expansion paths.
• Represent Hightouch at industry events and executive forums as a thought leader on agentic marketing.
