Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at our property. You will work with the Community Manager to set goals, develop a strategic plan, and lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy.

You will manage onsite staff, implement marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure resident satisfaction through effective retention programs, while upholding company policies and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 1 year housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and marketing at the property
• Lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy
• Develop and implement annual marketing plan and budget
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents
• Maintain resident relations and retention programs
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
