Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing property management firm delivering value across multifamily, student housing, and more. The Leasing Manager will oversee leasing and marketing strategy, partnering with the Community Manager to drive occupancy and resident relations.

The role requires onsite leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to implement marketing plans, staff coaching, and competitive market analysis to achieve budgeted occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or one year's experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all leasing and marketing at the property.
• Lead the leasing team and meet occupancy goals.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Monitor leasing/renewal progress and reporting.
• Maintain property appearance and coordinate maintenance.
