Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare program/project management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, IS, Analytics, Public Health, Finance or related area; 6 additional years necessary in lieu of degree.
• PM certification (PMP/PMI-ACP/Lean/Six Sigma) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Ability to translate objectives into requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with data-driven initiatives and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake and evaluation for affordability initiatives.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, and requirements.
• Coordinate with analytics, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Develop initiative plans, timelines, and readiness assessments.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolve delivery obstacles.
• Oversee testing, deployment readiness, and governance materials.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and corporate values.
