Excellus Health Plan Inc. is seeking an Affordability Program Manager I/II/III to lead affordability initiatives from intake through implementation and value realization across business, analytics, operations, technology, clinical, provider, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare program management, project management, implementation management, business analysis, operations, analytics, consulting, or related experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Public Health, Finance, or related field; six (6) years of experience can substitute for degree.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Leads intake and evaluation activities for affordability initiatives and defines objectives and success measures.
Partners with leaders to translate objectives into executable implementation plans and requirements.
Drives cross-functional collaboration across analytics, technology, operations, and vendor partners.
Develops initiative plans, timelines, and governance materials; tracks milestones and readiness.
Manages risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure delivery.
