Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in project coordination, program administration, healthcare operations, governance support, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; alternative six years' related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• PM certification preferred (PMP or equivalent).
• Knowledge of governance processes and portfolio management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional affordability initiatives, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Develop agendas, materials, minutes, and decision trackers for portfolio governance.
• Maintain portfolio documentation, status trackers, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Clinical Services, IT, and operations teams to deliver outcomes.
• Present portfolio updates and recommendations to leadership and senior stakeholders.
