You will balance hands-on execution with strategic planning, overseeing platform setup and performance optimization to deliver measurable client results.

The role requires 3–5 years in affiliate marketing, strong relationships, and ability to analyze data for actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in affiliate marketing or digital media.
• Proven program management and recruitment success.
• Strong understanding of major affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, AWIN).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with affiliates and teams.
• Experience with budgeting and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day affiliate program execution including recruitment, onboarding, platform setup, and campaign optimization.
• Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships through consistent communication and performance insights.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Support development and implementation of affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client goals (revenue growth, ROI, acquisition).
• Execute campaigns with seasonal promotions and brand objectives.
• Oversee reporting deliverables with accuracy and timeliness for clients.
• Monitor commission structures and partner performance to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, platform policies, and regulations.
• Stay informed on affiliate trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
