You will lead platform setup, manage campaigns end-to-end, analyze performance data, and collaborate with teams to deliver measurable results. This role demands 2+ years in affiliate marketing and PR, plus agency experience, with a data-driven, collaborative mindset.

Qualificações

• 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign management.
• 2+ years of PR experience.
• 1-2 years agency experience.
• Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and affiliate partners.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten).
• Expertise in affiliate structures, tracking, optimization and forecasting.
• Media relations experience recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive affiliate and PR strategy for clients.
• Launch and manage affiliate programs from setup to optimization.
• Support client communication, reporting and storytelling.
• Analyze performance data and recommend action plans.
• Pitch and secure media relations results for client roster.
• Review materials and respond to client inquiries.
• Train and manage interns and part-timers.
