Job summary

Collins Aerospace is hiring a Supply Chain Business Unit Senior Leader for the MRO site in Foley, AL. You will report directly to the General Manager, carrying operational and strategic responsibility to grow the business and deliver results.

Lead the Supply Chain function across procurement, stores, and logistics, while driving lean initiatives, cost control, and customer-focused performance in a high-impact aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Knowledge of aerospace structures
• Strong background in supply chain within an aerospace environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain function (Procurement, Stores and Logistics) in line with company strategy and performance targets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand capabilities, enhance efficiency, and drive profitability
• Be a champion for our business culture by setting clear expectations and holding crucial conversations to support transparent communication
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to support profitable growth
• Champion a culture of customer excellence, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations in quality, delivery, and responsiveness
• Build and lead high-performing teams
• Drive engagement, accountability, and continuous development at all levels
• Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives and own the execution of long-term supply chain strategies
