Collins Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Management to own supplier management and customer flow through FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and related requirements. This role guides procurement, contracts, production control, logistics, and financial execution to meet material objectives.

The position is onsite at Collins’ Largo, FL facility or Marlborough, MA, with 10% travel and potential for leadership across IPTs. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 10+ years of experience.
• Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain DoD security clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supply chain proposal activities.
• Conduct pre-award supplier assessments (RESA).
• Manage IPTs and ensure delivery of procured material from suppliers to destination.
• Coordinate cost estimates and EAC with other functions.
• Conduct material contract closure with Contracts and Program Office.
• Establish material priorities across IPTs and programs.
• Provide SC support for Gates 2-11 and IPDP compliance.
• Act as CAM or support assigned CAM.
• Prepare material pricing and supplier flow-down strategies.
• Travel up to 10%.
