Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, seeks a Supply Chain Business Unit Senior Leader for the MRO site in Foley, AL. The role reports to the General Manager and carries strategic and operational responsibility to drive growth and efficiency for the organization.

The role requires extensive aerospace supply chain experience, a university degree (advanced degree preferred), and leadership across procurement, stores, and logistics. Onsite work with strong cross-functional collaboration is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Knowledge of aerospace structures
• Strong background in supply chain within an aerospace environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain function (Procurement, Stores and Logistics) in line with company strategy and performance targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand capabilities, enhance efficiency, and drive profitability.
