Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a senior supply chain leader to direct logistics, purchasing, planning and materials flow across multiple sites. You will drive the SIOP process, oversee shipping, warehousing and inventory, and provide matrix leadership to support sales objectives and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in supply chain or related field, 8+ years of experience, and APICS certification preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field required.
APICS certification desirable.
8+ years logistics/supply chain experience.
Proven track record of exceeding performance evaluations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Assertive, proactive, highly organized, customer-focused; collaborative in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

Lead logistics, distribution, purchasing, planning and materials flow to move products from order through final delivery.
Provide matrix leadership across planning, operations, customer service and distribution to support sales objectives and on-time delivery.
Drive SIOP process to align demand, inventory, capacity and distribution resources with goals.
Ensure materials management and distribution align with inventory control objectives and service expectations.
Lead continuous improvement in logistics and distribution processes across locations.
