Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Planner to support material movement through the production cycle, coordinating with materials planning, procurement and supply chain teams. The role reports to the Divisional Production Control Manager and requires collaboration across production support functions.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in inventory/production control, a 4-year degree in business/engineering/materials mgmt, and strong analytical/technical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory and production control.
• 4-year college degree in business, engineering, or materials management is required; SCM certification preferred.
• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and identify automation opportunities.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and ability to understand electronic processing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication for interface with internal and external contacts.
• Must embrace lean principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, records and reports tracking materials through production and resource availability.
• Assist in system transactions supporting receipt, storage and transfer of material.
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and generating tracking reports via data entry.
