Kinetic Personnel Group in Santa Fe Springs, CA, is seeking a Sales Account Manager for aerospace and specialty metals. You will own the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment, manage key accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes account ownership, RFQ review, competitive quotations, pricing coordination, and a collaborative environment with leadership and sales colleagues.

Competenze

• 3+ years in inside sales or account management in metals/aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience handling RFQs, quotations, pricing, and order processing.
• Strong ability to maintain relationships across multiple accounts.

Mansioni

• Manage relationships with aerospace, manufacturing and industrial customers.
• Serve as primary commercial contact, ensuring timely communication.
• Review RFQs, prepare quotations, coordinate pricing and lead times.
• Oversee orders through fulfillment and follow-up, cross‑functionally.
• Ensure accurate communication of requirements with sales and operations.
• Monitor open orders and account activity; identify growth opportunities.
• May visit customer facilities to better understand requirements.
