Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification within six months.
• 10+ years OEM customer account management experience; 4+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ownership of complex or strategic customer accounts with business impact.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and leadership effectively.
• Experience mentoring professionals and leading matrixed teams.
• Knowledge of aerospace contracting, pricing, and risk management.
• Understanding of government contracting and international accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact and senior account leader for OEM customers.
• Develop and execute account plans addressing commitments and milestones.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
• Lead pricing negotiations and contract changes with delegated authority.
• Oversee mature product programs and new development efforts.
• Anticipate risks, develop recovery plans, and escalate when needed.
• Lead reviews with Parker leadership and provide transparent performance updates.
• Mentor Customer Managers and promote consistent account management practices.
