Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead aerospace programs from concept through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks to meet budgets and timelines. The role requires strong engineering background and PMP within 12 months, with several years of program management experience in a technical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Business or related field.
• PMP certification must be obtained within first 12 months.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical field with 2–3 years in program/project management.
• Experience with aerospace suppliers and knowledge of electro-mechanical, fluid, or thermal systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned program interfaces with internal and external customers.
• Develop program plans, CSFs, and resourcing as required.
• Monitor program performance against the business case and budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Commercial to align design and scope.
• Lead gate reviews and manage risks, changes, and contractual aspects.
