Job summary

Parker Hannifin's Parker Aerospace division seeks a Production Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on new projects, resolving technical and contractual issues with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will drive schedules, coordinate requirements, and ensure smooth transitions from development to production, while negotiating changes and maintaining baselines. Strong PM and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• Six+ years of related experience with manufacturing/procurement.
• PM experience; PMP is a plus.
• Experience with cross-functional groups in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary customer contact.
• Leads proposal development and negotiation for new business.
• Coordinates gathering and analysis of customer requirements.
• Provides coordination across Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, QA, and Support.
• Manages change control processes and project baselines.
• Transits projects to production and to the Marketing admin.
• Performs project close-out and documents lessons learned.
• Researches and identifies program forecasts and funding.
