Cencora, Inc. is seeking a seasoned strategist to craft executive communications and maintain talking points for leadership engagements across the enterprise. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, prepare briefs and Q&A documents, and drive alignment across Finance, Commercial, and Operations.

The role supports annual planning and strategic analyses with a focus on clear, actionable insights. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4–8 years of experience in

• Must have experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence.
• Experience working directly with senior or executive leaders.
• Industry experience in healthcare, pharma, or distribution preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Executive communications and narrative: write talking points for leadership meetings, town halls, and partner conversations.
• Prepare leadership briefs, issue memos, and Q&A documents for major engagements.
• Lead strategic initiatives across Finance, Commercial, Operations and other functions; define scope, owners, milestones; maintain dashboards and status updates.
• Support strategic planning, annual planning, and quarterly business reviews with synthesis of data and insights.
• Handle special projects and ambiguous problems; partner with leadership during transformations or reorganizations.
