Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking an experienced strategy and communications professional to lead executive messaging, briefs, and cross-functional initiatives.

You will draft talking points, prepare leader materials, and align leadership across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other functions. You will synthesize data for planning, support annual reviews and special projects, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with senior leaders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into concise insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain executive talking points and briefs for leadership engagements.
• Prepare pre-read briefs, Q&A documents, and decision memos for senior leaders.
• Lead strategic initiatives across functions and define scope, milestones, and owners.
• Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and goal setting.
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on ambiguities and transformation efforts.
