Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or a related field is required.
• MBA, master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive talking points and briefs for leadership meetings and enterprise forums.
• Draft internal communications on strategic priorities, organizational changes, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other functions with clear scope, owners, and milestones.
• Synthesize financial, commercial, and operational data to support planning and reviews.
• Handle urgent or undefined problems and support transformation or reorganization efforts as needed.
