Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to drive executive communications and strategic initiatives. You will craft talking points, briefs, and leadership materials, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other teams.

You will prepare leaders for high-stakes engagements, build decision memos, and synthesize data for planning and reviews, while guiding special projects from definition through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
• MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain talking points for leadership engagements and enterprise forums.
• Prepare briefs, Q&A documents, and decision memos for senior leaders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align priorities across departments.
• Synthesize data to support annual planning and reviews.
• Manage special projects and ambiguous problems with structured approaches.
