Job summary

Bucknell University is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions to manage recruitment, enrollment and territory responsibilities in alignment with our enrollment goals. The role involves travel to high school visits, college fairs, and events, plus coordinating with families, counselors and community groups.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years in higher education admissions, with a valid driver's license. Hybrid/remote options are available in some states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in higher education or academic admissions/recruitment, financial aid, enrollment, and student advising.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory with recruiting and yield activities across designated geographic areas and travel to high school visits, college fairs and recruitment events.
• Contribute to holistic review and evaluation of applications and oversee selection processes for merit and specialized scholarships.
• Oversee key enrollment initiatives, program budgets, and project development to advance enrollment strategy.
• Serve as Counselor of the Day, conduct group presentations, and meet with visitors on campus.
• Support daily office operations and collaborate with colleagues on recruitment and admissions workflows.
