Bucknell University is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions to help recruit and enroll students from designated territories. The role supports strategic enrollment goals and engages with prospective students, families, counselors and community partners on campus and beyond.

The Assistant Director of Admissions is a key member of the Office of Admissions team who independently manages recruitment, enrollment and territory responsibilities to support the University's strategic enrollment goals. This position requires strong professional judgment to plan and execute recruitment strategies, participate in application review, and engage with stakeholders. The Assistant Director leads and coordinates mid-level projects and initiatives, analyzes enrollment trends and outcomes and serves as a collaborative resource for colleagues on recruitment and operational matters.

Salary Range: 44,600.00-55,750.00
The offer rate will be based on a review of the candidate's credentials compared to the qualifications of the position, internal equity, and our overall compensation philosophy.
