The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, with strong communication, data analysis, and CRM skills. Some travel and weekend work are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Public speaking ability and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends.
• Valid NY driver’s license and ability to travel within NYC metro.
• Reside within NYC metro area.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment activities in assigned geographic market, including high school visits, college fairs, and events.
• Develop relationships with talented students and high school/college officials.
• Create and implement recruitment plans aligned with university goals.
• Build territory-specific queries using Slate CRM.
• Plan and run information sessions and yield events from NYC to campus.
• Review application documents and participate in reading committees.
• Counsel students and families regarding educational opportunities.
• Design travel plans and chaperone recruitment trips.
