Job summary

Reinhardt University in Waleska, GA, is seeking an Events & Communications Manager in the Admissions Office to plan, coordinate and promote admission events, campus tours, and orientation activities. You will develop targeted student communications campaigns in Jenzabar Recruitment Manager and ensure messaging aligns with the University brand.

You will lead Reinhardt Captains, manage event logistics, collaborate across offices, and provide weekly data on outcomes to inform enrollment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in event management is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in higher education admissions, hospitality, marketing or customer service.
• Familiarity with admissions tech including JRM, Salesforce, and common office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of admission events, internal and external.
• Create and plan new student communications campaigns in JRM (CRM).
• Develop cohesive messaging aligned with University branding.
• Provide weekly reporting on events with counselors and director.
• Lead Reinhardt Captains and oversee tours, trainings and schedules.
• Coordinate orientation programs for new students and graduate/online groups.
• Support campus tours, site visits, and reception activities.
